By accessing or using VidiPrompt (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. AI-Generated Content

IMPORTANT: USER RESPONSIBILITY

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate video scripts, audio, images, and video clips. You, the user, acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content generated using the Service.
  • VidiPrompt does not claim ownership over user-generated content, but you grant us a license to process it as required to provide the Service.
  • VidiPrompt shall NOT be held liable for any content that is offensive, illegal, infringing, or otherwise harmful that is generated through our AI systems.
  • You agree not to use the Service to generate deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, or content that violates any third-party rights.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDIPROMPT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.

4. No Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the AI-generated outputs.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
